The result of the last committee meeting, was that the decision was taken to replace the communal shed. This will be done in stages, the first being clearing out of personal belongings. Then demolition, panels will be available for anyone wishing to build a chicken house or compost container. Finally the new shed will be built by a contractor.

Just in by email, volunteers required by a research project at the Department of Experimental Psychology in Oxford
Stimulating the brain during cognitive training
We are recruiting participants (aged 50-80 in good health) for a study that
assesses that effect of mild, painless transcranial current stimulation on
cognitive abilities during a fun and engaging cognitive training programme. This
study will take up to 5 hours over 3 days within a week. All participants will

The minutes for 2013 AGM were agreed
with no matters arising.

Discussion ranged about the
associations bank account, whether more members could help with mowing and
hedge-cutting. A new agreement between the association and members was
introduced, this is to be signed before rents are paid to help combat neglected
plots. This completes the terms set out in the Allotments Charter drawn up by Oxford City Council and the Oxford & District Federation of Allotment Associations.
The meeting finished at 11 AM.
